I enter my login details and then it constantly flicks between a login page and a blank page with a timer – over and over and over. If you delete your bookmark in the normal window and then use the link at the top of this forum to login and subsequently bookmark it, all will be fine in a normal window. The BT Email app on my Samsung A16 has started to make me do a full log in complete with the six digit pin request quite often so what is going on.

There is no time to enter a username or password before the page blanks and then returns to its endless cycle. Attempting to log in to BT Mail results in an endless loop of alternating blank pages and "Username, Password" forms. My Gmail stays logged in and even starts automatically when my browser opens.
Her email is on the same account as mine which is back working ok. We have uninstalled and re-installed the BT Mail app with no result. Was your email account set up from your parent's current BT Broadband account? If neither then you may only ne able to access your email using web mail via a browser This is not the first time i have had the exact same problem, it happened around 3 weeks ago as well. Nothing happens when I press Login after entering my credentials or after a long wait I get the "too many requests" response. When I do eventually get to the log-in page it takes forever to load. You have said that you managed to log into your email account on your phone using both an email app and using the Firefox Focus web browser. My Android phone, Android tablet and another laptop running Windows 11 sign in to webmail accounts without hitch. I keep getting too many requests when trying to login into BT email account, what is wrong.
